Ingredients
- 1 lb Brusell sprouts, cut in half stem to stearn
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced...
- 1 TBSP Balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 TBSP Olive oil
- 1/2 TSP sea salt
- 1/4 TSP black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375, spray 9x9 glass dish with olive oil spray. In a large bowl mix all ingredients pour into baking dish. Cover with Aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes or until brussell sprouts are tender. Remove foil for last 15 minutes and let brown.
