Ingredients

  • 3

    cups rolled oats

  • 1

    cup chopped walnuts

  • 1

    cup sliced almonds

  • 1/2

    cup sunflower seeds

  • 2

    tablespoons flax seeds

  • 1

    tablespoon cinnamon

  • 1/4

    cup maple syrup

  • 1/4

    cup honey

  • 1/4

    cup butter, melted

  • 1/4

    cup olive oil

  • 1/4

    cup golden raisins

  • 1/4

    cup dried cranberries

  • 1/4

    cup dried cherries

Directions

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the dried fruit. Spread out the granola on a greased nonstick baking sheet. Bake for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes or so. Remove from oven, allow to cool and mix in dried fruit.
