  • 1/2 cup millet flour (you could sub any flour here)
  • 1/3 cup potato starch
  • 2 T sugar
  • 3 T ground flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t xanthan gum
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T oil
  • enough water to get desired consistency
