Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1-1/3 cups coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN!
Melt butter, then add sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Fold in vanilla and vinegar. Add coconut. Pour into pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 325F.
