Ingredients
- 12 oz. white chocolate, chopped
- 1 (14oz) can eagle brand milk
- 1 cup toasted almonds
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbs. grated orange zest
Preparation

Coat 8 inch square pan with Pam or line with parchment paper.
Place the chocolate and milk into a large bowl. Heat in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is almost melted. Stir to melt chocolate the rest of the way. Add the almonds, cranberries, and orange zest; stir until evenly distributed. Pour the mixture into pan and spread evenly. Let stand at room temp or refrigerate for about 2 hours. Cut into small squares and store in a sealed container at room temp for up to 3 weeks.
