Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 small container spinach
- panchetta
- butter
- lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Saute spinach in olive oil and garlic.
Put in food processor with milk and spices.
Add flour to right consistency.
Cook & toss with parmesan, pancetta, butter & lemon juice.
