Spinach Spatzle

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 small container spinach
  • panchetta
  • butter
  • lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Saute spinach in olive oil and garlic.

Put in food processor with milk and spices.

Add flour to right consistency.

Cook & toss with parmesan, pancetta, butter & lemon juice.
