large Russet Potatoes
Tbsp Olive Oil
Tsp Garlic Salt
Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Pinch of Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 425F. Slice Potatoes into thin strips, leaving the skins on. Soak cut potatoes in warm water for 30 minutes. Meanwhile mix oil and spices in a large bowl, set aside. Remove potatoes from water and dry completely on a kitchen towel. Add potatoes to the oil spice mix and toss until potatoes are completely coated. Place coated potatoes onto baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 20-30 minutes turning fries halfway through the time. Serve with your choice of condiments. Enjoy!
