Ingredients
- 4 (4oz) skinned, boned chicken breast halves
- butter flavored vegetable cooking spray
- 3 (1oz) slices reduced fat, low salt ham, cut in half
- 3 (1 1/2oz) slices reduced fat swiss cheese, cut in half
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 (10 1/4oz) can reduced fat, reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup
- 3 Tbsp dry sherry
- 1 1/2 cups reduced sodium chicken flavored stuffing mix
Preparation
Step 1
Arrange chicken in 13x9x2 inch cooking spray, place over medium high heat until hot. Add mushrooms, saute until tender. Combine mushrooms, soup, and sherry. Spoon mixture over chicken. Top with stuffing mix; coat well with cooking spray. Bake at 450 for 45 minutes.
