- 2 Tspn tomato paste
- 2 Tspn fish sauce
- 1 1/2 Tspn kosher salt
- 1/2 Tspn onion powder
- 1/2 Tspn garlic powder

Step 1
Combine tomato paste, fish sauce, salt, onion and garlic powders in a bowl. Dry steaks, pat if needed. With sharp knife cut shallow slits on both sides. Rub salt mixture evenly into steaks, place on wire rack and let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
