Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped seedless red watermelon
  • 2 cups strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
2. Serve immediately or chill and save for later.

Gail's variation:
Substitute yellow watermelon and frozen pineapple for the red watermelon and strawberries.
