  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconumt
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ or instant quinoa
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Roll 1 tsp balls. Keep refrigerated.
