Ingredients
- 6 cups Fresh Spinach
- 4 slices of bacon diced
- 4 green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pinch of pepper
- 3 tablespoons of vinegar
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 hard boiled egg (optional for garnish)
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon until crisp.
Add onions, salt, pepper, vinegar, water and sugar; stir;bring to boil
Pour over spinach
Toss until well coated and wilted
Scatter egg over top )(optional)
Serve immediately
