Double Quick, Double Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 small, ripe bananas
  • 8 oz silken tofu
  • 2 teas cocoa powder
  • 1 square of bittersweet chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the bananas, roughly chop, and pop in a food processor with the tofu and cocoa powder. Whizz until you get a smooth puree.

Put into serving bowls. Carefully shave the chocolate using a cheese grater and sprinkle over the desserts.
