Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons mustard with horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds or sesame seeds
  • 6 hamburger buns or pull-apart rolls
  • 6 slices cooked ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, onion, mustard, and poppy seeds; mix well. Spread on both sides of hamburger buns or rolls. Place 1 ham slice and 1 cheese slice on bottom of each bun; cover with top bun. Wrap each sandwich in foil. Bake at 350deg for 25 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
