cup butter or margarine, softened
tablespoons finely chopped onion
tablespoons mustard with horseradish
teaspoons poppy seeds or sesame seeds
hamburger buns or pull-apart rolls
slices cooked ham
slices Swiss cheese
Combine butter, onion, mustard, and poppy seeds; mix well. Spread on both sides of hamburger buns or rolls. Place 1 ham slice and 1 cheese slice on bottom of each bun; cover with top bun. Wrap each sandwich in foil. Bake at 350deg for 25 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
