Taco Twist Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 3/4 cup Swanson Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Pace Picante sauce
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomato in juice
  • 1 cup uncooked corkscrew-shaped paste
  • Sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef, chili powder, and cumin in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add broth, picante sauce, and tomatoes. Heat to a boil. Stir in pasta. Cook over medium heat for 15 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Garnish with sour cream.
