Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. perch fillets
- 2 Tbsp. grate Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450˚. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, and thyme. Dip fillets in milk, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place on greased baking pan and cover with melted margarine/butter. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until fillets flake with a fork.
