Potato Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/4 lbs lean ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 oz) can condensed vegetable beef soup
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl combine all ingredients. Transfer to greased 3 quart baking dish.

2. Bake covered ant 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
