Ingredients

  • Tomatoes
  • bell peppers (all colors)

Preparation

Step 1

You can fire roast veges either on the broiler in your oven or on the grill outside.

Set your grill on high heat - Spray veges with olive oil spray (Pam). Set veges directly on the grill and grill about 5 minutes on each side - they will look dark (almost burnt).

Let vege's set for about a minute and then the skin should peel off. Discard this dark colored skin and use the vegetable in your pasta sauce or chili recipes.
