Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) blocks of CREAM CHEESE
- 5 oz. CRUMBLED GORGONZOLA CHEESE
- 3 sliced of BACON, cooked and crumbled (about 3 oz.)
- 1/4 cup CHOPPED GREEN ONION
- 6-8 oz. APRICOT PRESERVES (use more to make it as sweet as you like)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Transfer to serving dish and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Serve with crackers or sliced baguettes.
