Ingredients

  • 8 Large Baking Apples, Skinned and Cored
  • 8 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Water

Preparation

Step 1

This recipe will fit in a 2-quart cooker. Put apples into crockpot. Add lemon juice and water. Add vanilla. Add cinnamon and brown sugar.

Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours. When apples are super tender, mash with potato masher or fork.
