Ingredients
- 4 Whole Chicken Breasts, boned
- Instant Meat Tenderizer
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 Tbs. Brandy
- 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- Dash of Pepper
- Cashews and Parsley for Garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse chicken, pat with meat tenderizer, pierce with fork. Place on ungreased baking sheet, skin side up, bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Combine all the other ingredients, pour over chicken, cover and continue baking for 20 more minutes. Garnish with cashews and parsley. Serves 4.
