Crab and Mushrooms in Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. Butter
- 2 Tbs. Flour
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup White Wine
- 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Dry Tarragon
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 lb. Crab Meat
- 1/4 lb. Fresh Mushrooms
- Bread Crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Make cream sauce, melting the butter, blending the flour and adding liquids and seasonings. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add crab and mushrooms. Place in ramekins. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, covered. Serves 4.
