Ingredients

  • 12 large Manicotti shells
  • 4 cups shredded mozz. cheese, divided
  • 2 cps ricotta cheese
  • 6 tbp. chopped fresh basil
  • 1 (26 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cp grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350. Spray baking dish with cooking spray
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain, rinse with cool water. Let dry on paper towels.
Filling: In medium bowl, stir together 3 cps mozz. with the ricotta and basil. Using a tsp, carefully stuff pasta with cheese mixture. Spoon 2 cups of marinara sauce into prepared dish, Arrange stuffed pasta over sauce. Pour rest of sauce over top. Sprinkle with remaining mozz. Bake for 15 min. Sprinkle with Paremsan. Bake for 10 min. longer. Serve
