Ingredients
- 1 pack frozen ravioli
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper flakes
- capers
- 1/4 c pasta water
Preparation
Step 1
Cook ravioli, reserving water.
Saute cauliflower, garlic and seasonings in EVOO until tender and brown, 10-15 min. Add ravioli, capers and pasta water.
