Peanut Butter Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened natural peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2- 1 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup (to taste)

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all the ingredients together until combined.

Taste and adjust sweetener to your preference.

Let sit 5 minutes then stir again and pour into serving glasses.

Refrigerate overnight.
