- 11/2 cups flour
- 2 Tbs baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup veg oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 8 plums cut in half with pits removed

Preparation
Step 1
Mix up dry ingredients, and add wet ingredients and beat together by hand.
Put half the batter in a cake pan and lay the plums over. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
Bake in 400* oven for 25 mins.
