Ingredients
- Sides:
- 4 pork tenderloins (about 4 lbs.)
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. rice vinegar
- 2 tbl. hoisin
- 2 tbl. ketchup
- 2 tbl. dark brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tbl. minced fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 tbl. cornstarch - whisk in
- 2/3 c. diagonally sliced green onions
- 2/3 c. dry roast peanuts crush
- 2/3 c. cilantro chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl combine the ingredients soy sauce through minced fresh ginger.
2. Whisk in the cornstarch.
3. Brown the pork tenderloins.
4. Spray the inside of crockpot with Pam. Set on high.
5. Add browned tenderloins and deglaze with dry sherry. Pour all mixed ingredients from small bowl over the tenderloins.
6. Cook 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 hours (less is better)
7. Transfer and let stand about 15 minutes, pour liquid.
