Boiled shrimp (you can buy them already cooked at many grocery stores)

Directions

Mix mayonnaise with wasabi to taste (either the stuff in the tube or the paste you make from the powder). Top crackers with wasabi mayonnaise, a halved boiled shrimp and some thinly sliced scallion greens.
