Southwestern Salad

This is a delicious salad with southwestern flavor. It is easy to make one with chicken and one without for Russ. I had this at a book club meeting at Janice's house and it was excellent. It can be a hearty side dish, or a meal of by itself!

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1/2 head Iceburg lettuce, chopped
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 can Del Monte Summer Crisp Corn (drained)
- 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
- baked tortilla strips
- 1 can black beans
- 1/2 ranch dressing
- 1/2 BBQ sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients for the salad, except the tortilla strip, and toss with the dressing right before serving. Add the tortilla strips on top.
