Jamaican-Style Jerk Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1-1/4 lb. (565 g) bone-in chicken pieces (legs, breasts, thighs), skin removed
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Rancher's Choice Dressing, divided
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. ground allspice
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. curry powder

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in large shallow dish. Reserve 2 Tbsp dressing. Mix remaining dressing with remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Turn chicken over to coat both sides of each piece. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 30 to 35 min. or until done (170ºF), turning occasionally and brushing with reserved dressing.
