- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 white onion, diced
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped and seeds removed
- 3/4 lb. cooked ham, diced
- 2-10-3/4 oz. cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 2-10-3/4 oz. cans cream of potato soup
- 3 c. pasteurized process cheese spread, diced
- 8-oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
- 4 c. milk
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 t. salt, or to taste
- 2 t. pepper
- 1 T. garlic herb seasoning

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker; mix well. Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours, or on high setting for 2 to 3 hours, until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Serves 8 to 10.
