Ingredients
- Oven Temperature: 425 degrees
- 4 qts. strawberries, washed and sliced
- 4 cups sugar, less if berries are sweet
- 3/4 cup tapioca
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and pour into 4 foil lined pie plates. Freeze. Seal tightly in plasti bags to store after frozen. When ready to use: Let stand until foil can be pulled off. Place each in a crust. Cover with top crust.
Bake 1 hour. Amount: 4 pies.
