Roast Beef with Gravy

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 - to 4-lb. boneless beef bottom round pot roast
- 1 can (14 oz.) Swanson Beef Broth (1 3/4 cups)
- 3 Tbsp. all purpose flour

Preparation
Step 1
Place roast in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 350˚F. for about 1 hr. basting frequently with some of the broth. Remove roast to cutting board.
Stir 1 Tbsp. drippings and flour in roasting pan. Gradually stir in remaining broth. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Slice roast and serve with gravy.
