Ingredients
- 1/2 (2 1/2 oz.) Cup Blanched Almonds
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Cup White Grapes
- 1 Cucumber, peeled & seeded
- 1 TBLS Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 TBLS White Wine or sherry Vinegar
- 1 TBLS Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt (I use Fage 2%)
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Add the almonds, garlic and olive oil into a blender, with a bit of the almond milk if needed, and blend until finely chopped.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend for several minutes until smooth and creamy.
Chill for several hours before serving.
Garnish suggestions: chives, chili-oil, chopped grapes, chopped almonds
