Asian Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Tbsp (toasted) sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1 tsp sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in an airtight container, replace the lid, shake well to combine.
Makes enough to cover 5 side salads or 3 entrees.
