DAD'S LEMONADE

Ingredients

• 2 c of lemon juice
• 2 1/2 c sugar
• 2 1/2 c water
• 2 Tblsp. light corn syrup
• 2 tsp. lemon extract
• 4 qts. water

Preparation

Step 1

. Make a simple syrup by combing the sugar, 2 1/2c of water, corn syrup, and lemon extract and cooking in a saucepan until sugar dissolves and is slightly thickened

. In a large container combine the syrup with the 2c of lemon juice and 4qts. of water and stir to blend.

. Place a lid on the container and chill in the refrigerator
