Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 pound margarine
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in margarine. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dough until it forms a ball. Add extra flour if necessary. Roll out thin on floured board. Cut circles using cutter or the top of a drinking glass. Fill with jelly, pastry filling, or chocolate chips. Pinch up 3 sides to form triangle. Bake at 350, 25-30 minutes.
