FUDGE BROWNIE PIE

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375F. Bake pie shell 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
Reduce heat to 325F. In saucepan, over low heat (or in microwave), melt
chips with butter. In large mixing bowl, beat chocolate mixture with
remaining ingredients except for nuts.

Add nuts. Pour into baked shell. Bake 35 minutes until set. Cool
slightly and serve with ice cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
