Ingredients
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
- 1 tbsp finely chopped tarragon
- 1 lb cooked large shrimp
- Lemon wedges, to serve
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bacon, drain on paper towel and finely chop.
Combine all but shrimp and lemon wedges in a bowl, then season to taste.
Serve dip with shrimp, garnish with lemon wedges.
