Ingredients
- 500 g dried apricots
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2 1/2 cups coconut
- Extra coconut for rolling

Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor.
2. With wet hands, roll mixture into small ball and coat with extra coconut.
3. Refrigerate or freeze for 1 – 2 hours.
