Broccoli & Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 - 3/4 stick of butter
- 1/2 cp onion, chopped
- 20 oz frozen broccoli florets
- 1 bag "boil in the bag" brown rice (2 cups)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cp grated cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions in butter. Mix onions and broccoli, then remaining ingredients. Bake in greased 8 x 11 1/2 Pyrex dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
