Ingredients
- 2 lb pork roast
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 teaspoons flour
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can (7 oz) chopped green chiles
- 1 can of tomatoes with hot green chiles. ( I used milder rotel ones)
Preparation
Step 1
I baked the roast first then cut leftovers in cubes then cooked everything together for a couple of hours, salt and pepper to taste, it was so good, served over rice one day then in torillas which was better than the rice.
