Ingredients
- 2 quarts romaine, broken into pieces
- 1 medium orange, peeled and sectioned
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, slivered
- 1/2 red bell pepper,sliced thinly
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Tear romaine into salad bowl.
Arrange orange sections, cucumber,
onion, and pepper on greens.
Garnish rim of salad bowl, with
inner romaine leaves.
Blend oil and vinegar and saltl.
Pour dressing over salad and mix
lightly.
