Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain, nonfat Greek-style yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt to taste
