Ingredients
- 8 oz butter
- 4 oz sugar
- 1 oz almonds, finely ground
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb pastry flour
Preparation
Step 1
1) Mix butter and sugar to dissolve sugar (will be light in color).
2)Mix ground almonds and eggs into above mixture.
3) Slowly add pastry flour until absorbed and until mix does not look wet.
4) Press dough into pie pan, bake at 300 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.
