Sara Jane's Famous Monterey Jack Salsa

Ingredients

• 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
• 1 (4 1/4 ounce) can chopped black olives
• 4 green onions, chopped
• 4 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
• 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 1/2 teaspoon wine vinegar
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 or 2 dashes tabasco sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and chill 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
