Breakfast Casserole II
- 6 slices bread with crust
- 1 sausage browned, drained
- Shredded cheese (yellow/ white/ or both)
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- Spices (your choice - we use Dash, dry mustard, and seasoned salt)
Spray 13- by 9-inch dish with Pam non-stick cooking spray. Cube bread and place in bottom of dish. Sprinkle browned sausage over bread. Then sprinkle cheese over sausage. Mix eggs, milk, and spices, then pour over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning, take dish out of refrigerator for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 40 to 50 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit and homemade biscuits. Delicious!
