- Spaghetti squash
- Yellow and orag pepper sliced
- Carrots slicedn
- Onion sliced
- Red onion sliced

Step 1
Sauté onions carrots peppers mushrooms in butter
Set aside
Prepar squash: cut in half spoon out seeds cook in oven face down about 1 hour at 350 till tender, let cool then with fork scrape spiegeleisen out now sauté in pan with veg mix in butter and word hire sauce
