Ingredients
- 1 cup dry oat (100 g)
- ¼ cup almond butter (60 g)
- ¼ cup honey (85 g)
- ½ cup dried blueberry (50 g)
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- salt, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Mix oats, almond butter and honey in a large bowl.
Add dried blueberries, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt and mix to combine.
Place bowl in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes, or until the mixture has solidified.
Mold mixture into bite-sized balls.
Serve immediately.
